Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for everything that happens under it. Keep your sign-in credentials private. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Subscription, free trial, payment

The Service is offered on a paid subscription basis with a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial; you will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Pricing is shown in the checkout flow and may change with at least 30 days' notice for renewals.

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited ("Stripe"). We do not store your full card number — only the last 4 digits and the Stripe subscription identifier we need to manage your plan. You can update your payment method or cancel from the Billing section at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; the subscription stays active until the end of the current period.

Refunds are at our discretion and are generally only granted for duplicate charges or unsubscribed renewals within 14 days.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you upload — menu names, dish descriptions, prices, photos, your custom domains, your brand. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce and transmit that content as strictly needed to operate the Service (for example, to serve your menu page to your guests over the public internet).

You are responsible for making sure your content does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is illegal, fraudulent, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes third-party rights. You agree not to interfere with the Service, reverse-engineer it, or attempt to access data that is not yours. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

5. Service availability

We do our best to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or in response to security incidents. We are not liable for downtime caused by upstream providers (Vercel, Railway, Stripe, Clerk, DNS providers).

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or if continuing to provide the Service to you becomes impractical or illegal. On account closure your menu pages stop being publicly accessible immediately, and your personal data is deleted according to the schedule described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a notice in the dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Operator's country of residence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
